I will ask my neighbor what bucket he used this weekend. Thanks for all the responses. Now I am looking for "boulder" supplier that is close enough to deliver enough material, to span the 100' shoreline length, and 3.5' height.

Have decided on JD 400CX Loader, ($5717) and am leaning towards JD 73" Heavy Duty Bucket, ($957) with Cutting Edge. ($125) I strongly considered the Forum notes on QA Mount. It is another $ 525.00 to go that route. I plan to check another local dealer, for options on QA buckets, which I currently have not found locally. I checked other sites, but have not progressed very well in finding QA buckets.

After much research, I have revised what I plan to purchase, based on conversation with EA, (everything attachments) and my JD Dealer rep. Now I understand the john deere 400CX loader, bucket and conversion to USSA (universal skid steer attachment) combination, and the advantages/disadvantages. I now plan to combine the JD loader, JD USSA adapter, and EA bucket, into a cost effective package. I just needed to ask the right questions, and do some footwork/homework, to keep my loader attachment point as flexible as possible. I will post some pics when this is all in and installed. I will also post some of the seawall project, before and after pics, later this summer.
