Hi I have a TL2900 that I just hooked a loader to. The main arm cylinders will move only a small amount as if they are getting very little pressure and the bucket cylinders won't move at all. This tractor is also equiped with a hydraulic levelling arm on the 3ph. My local mechanic thinks this valve may be open center and causing the hydraulic fluid to take the path of least resistance and flow thru there instead of feeding the loader valve. Just wondering if anyone can offer insight or possible solutions on this. Thanks. Gerry

My TL3200 has open center on the tilt 3point hitch. You cant tee into the hydraulic line. You have to cut the line run it to the loader valve and run the return line back to the line going to the rest of the tractor. The best way is to use a power beond system if you can find away to hook a return to the transmision.........Larry

Case, We need to know exactly how you plumbed in the valve...pics would help a lot also.

Hi I'm having problems uploading my pics. I think I have to resize them which I haven't figured out how to do yet. I'll try again tomorrow. Gerry

not familar with your tractor but it should work the same as my mitsu. go to used compact tractors, front end loaders, backhoe attachments, implements it has a a section on installing the front end.i installed mine on a mitsu and it works fine. there is 2 type of hook up u could use.i used the simple one with 2 hoses going to the quick connects on the hydralic line that was cut.if every thing is connected right u have to work the controls back and forth to get the air out. check the fluid level to make sure u are not sucking air.

The valve is probably open center & so is the tractor. "mopacman" gave you the correct advice. It sounds like you hooked it up in parellel with the 3 point instead of series.

Hi Okay I think I have it right now. As you you can see in the pics I posted I was stuck on feeding the loader via the manifold on top of the housing. Either way I hooked it though it would not work.
Based on what your telling me I should cut into the line running from the pump to the trannsmission housing and run that to the loader valve. Then run a line from the loader valve's power beyond to the transmission housing, right?
The only problem I might run into is figuring out where the power beyond outlet is on the loader valve. Thanks. Gerry

The block you are using to hook your pressure line to wont work with a tilt on the three point hitch. The way most people hook up a loader is to cut the line comming from the pump and run a line from the pump to the pressure port of the valve. If your valve has a power beond port hook it to the line going to the rest of the tractor. hook your return line to the adapter you have in your trans filler hole. power beond system is by far the best way to hook up a loader on this tractor because the draft control on the 3point will keep up to 1000 pounds pressure in the system. This puts pressure on the back side of the cylenders and cuts the power of the loader by about 1/2. If the adapter you have in the filler hole of the trans came with the loader you should have a port in the valve for the third hose. if you dont there may be a plug you can take out and put in the power beond port which is a special fitting made just for the valve. Koyker loader instructions should tell you this. The pictures you posted look just like my TL3200. I hope this helps.........Larry
