FELL IN LOVE! JD CAB 3000 TWENTY MODELS

After waiting for a JD Compact Factory Cab Model for over ten years. I finally sat in one and gave it a good inspection. I'm in love. Visibility is superior. Noise Level is great. The Cab is totally isolated from the engine compartment, to lower sound levels. The Front of the Cab is one total sheet of glass, from floor to ceiling. There is about a quarter inch gap betweent the steering console window and the engine compartment. Climate controls are up on the ceiling, top right. Vents 3 on each side, top left, and top right. 4wd is a lever were the Power Reverser lever is on tractors equipped with PR. It actually looks just like the Power Reverser Lever. Rear window opens up. Side doors are gas asisted open/close. Plenty of headroom and room on both sides of seat. It is more narow than my Jodale Perry Cab. Auxillary outlet is in a very convenient location, left of operator, with cell phone holder etc. To the right is is more controls, PTO, Cruise, Motion Match, Loadmatch Etc. Oh yes, I will have one. I must have one.

Yes, it does come in at a steeper price. But what I need the tractor for, it is worth the price. I know the resale value will be there vs. trying to sell it with a cheaper style aftermarket cab, like a curtis. Jodale Perry makes an excellent aftermarket cab for about the same money as the JD factory cab, but that is w/o Air Conditioning, and it won't be as finished on the inside as the factory cab. Jodale Perry has a very steep charge for adding Air Conditioning to their cabs. So yes, I do believe if you need a cab, a very nice cab I should add, the factory cab is the way to go, for both comfort and for resale value.... jason
