Fenders for my P series, do you think they will fit.

LS sells a fender kit that they say only fits the P7040. They no longer sell my tractor (P7030) but for slightly smaller tires and 88 vs 95 hp there is no difference that I can see. I measured the mounting holes on a P 7040 on my dealers lot and they are the same as mine.



My dealer has never sold the fenders and a call to LS didn't clear anything up. LS did fax a copy of an exploded view of the fenders and to me it looks like there is some adjustment to the bracket. Before I spend the $700 bucks what do you guys think?

Looks like they should fit without too much (if any) modification.
I'd sooner build my own brackets and fenders before spending 7 hundred.
