Mowing Ferguson Sickle Model F-EO-20

Hi fellows, does anyone own or have owned a Ferguson Model F-EO-20 sickle mower, I have ran across one that's in really good shape and was wanting to know if these were dependable mowers and if they will cut above & below horizontal position and to what degrees?
