Fertilizer attachment I.D

I was hoping someone might be able to help I.D. the fertilizer set-up mounted on this cultivator? It was my grandpa's and I happen to run across it at a relative's house who gave it to me. The cultivator is a Ferguson SKO-20. Maybe Ken Sweet or someone might know.

It is a 2 row cultivator with 2 row ground driven sidedressor. We have used these traditionally on Tobacco when it gets about knee high to give it a kick with ammonium nitrate. They can be used for all row crops needing sidedressing. Sorry, I don't know the brand of the sidedressor. Ken Sweet
