In general. People who will NOT use cruise contro. I was #3 in line behind a guy doing around 45 today. Road conditions were wet, 55 would have been safe. 15 miles of him varying speed 42-47. Time we got to twon there was a half mile of traffic backed up behind him.

Somebody once told me I was really bad at writing in that I would typically use way too many run on sentences but I just didn't listen to them because they probably smoked the wrong kind of cigarettes or maybe they were just having a bad day you know like getting up on the wrong side of the bed or something like that you know but it really could have been just about anything.

Happens every time I drive to or from Houston. 60 in the left lane until you try and get by them. Like a rolling road block.

Even worse is when you have the 2 cars side by side doing 55 in a 70 and neither one will speed up, slow down, or move over. This is how "accidents" happen.

Timid drivers in general. Drivers who won't make a turn from a side street unless traffic is clear for a quarter mile in either direction.
Or the opposite...someone who pulls right out in front of you only to poke along 10mph below the limit.

Drivers turning fr a side street and have to cut you off even though you're the last vehicle in the line w no one behind you for miles!!!
