fiat 880DT 5 4wd power steering

Hi new to site and need help i have fiat 880DT 5 when traveling slowly the power steering stops working i can turn the steering wheel nothing happens but turn the steering wheel quickly and the steerin comes back and works normly checked power steering fluid no leaks :mur:

X2 does it work ok with a few more revs on? It may be the pump getting weak
There is a filter up in the reservoir for them you have to push down and tilt to get though the filler hole
