Filter change vacuum trick

I did my 50 hr service and realized the shop sent me the wrong hydraulic filter, so I did the engine and the HST filter (gorilla-tightened! It took a chain strap wrench and a 3' 2x4 lever to loosen it...) previously. Once I got the right hydraulic filter today, I replaced it and figured I would video the process using the vacuum trick (not created by me) for those who are curious. Yes I know the manual doesn't say to replace the hydraulic filter at 50 hrs, but it does for the others. I figured it was cheap insurance. So here is the video. It doesn't show final tightening and topping off the fluid, but you should get the idea of the important parts I am trying to show. Not much to it...but sometimes a video really helps get the point across.

The only thing I can add to it is, be sure to clean around the filter well before removing so the vacuum doesn't suck the debris into the system.

That is how I did mine , but I wasn't as calm as you in the video when I did it. I thought the filter would not make it pass my subframe but it did. I was worried the vac was sucking up fluid but it wasn't

How can you possibly only have 50 hrs?, I can't believe I have almost 100 hrs ? I don't even remember using the tractor that much.:

I like to put hour when filter was change on new filter...50,100, etc. for reminder.
