I have read on here somthing about manuals? I am ready to close the deal on a tc45d but want to know is there more than the owners manual and if so what are they and do I need them.

Ed, there is a Parts Catalog and a 3-volume Repair Manual which I find invaluable for understanding my tractor and also doing repairs. If you don't plan on working on your tractor yourself, you don't need these manuals. However, if you plan to do any of your own maintenance, I'd say go ahead and get the manuals. I'd even try to negotiate for them with the tractor purchase. Otherwise, you'll spend about $230 for them.

Thanks jim, I am going in tomorrow to buy my tractor and will try to get him to give me all the manuals.
