For me?...Dora the Explorer band aids. They'll stay on until the band aid loses all of its color. Good conversational piece too! :D

I'll be darned! That's the kind I use and I get them at Costco also. I tried something about a month ago and I can tell you - it did not work for me. Got a small scratch on my forearm from repairing barbed wire fence. Held the two sides of the cut closed with long nose needle nose pliers and applied a layer of super glue over entire area. Held it until the glue dried. It got infected - had to remove the glue & clean the cut and go with Neosporin and Costco bandage. I must not have initially cleaned it adequately and it apparently did not like the anaerobic conditions the super glue created. Saw the super glue used on a TV show - I won't be trying that again.

Should have taken the wound to a gunsmith.

What happened to the duck tape, paper towel, bandage, or electrical tape paper tissue, granted the duct or gorilla tape is a better glue,

I'm old enough to remember bandages as a kid. The kind where you put gauze on the wound and then wrapped strips of thin cloth on it to hold things together. It worked for my mom.

Get the ones shown in the photos of the first post. I just removed the band aid after five days and it was stuck as good as the first day.

EDIT--Let me add that the band aid was originally applied in dirty field conditions. I sort of cleaned the wound, applied Neosporin and when I put the band aid on it twisted a little. I have greasy skin and things don't usually stick well. Normally, I would have to replace later with a better job but this one evened itself out. Beats me.

While it was on for five days I removed four big semi truck tires and wheels, replaced 17 cultivator shanks in sweaty and dirty conditions, mowed 2.5 acres of grass twice, dug holes for trees with a shovel and took maybe 10 showers. Oh, I did five sweaty gym workouts. And as noted, on day five it was stuck as good as day one. Whatever.

FYI

This never goes out of style. My first thought was this guy is out of electrical tape.

I have those same band aids but it's annoying they don't have the string that makes them easier to open. I wonder why that is?

Anyway, check this out. Keeping Band-Aids On
