Finally Did It!!

Have finally signed an ageement to become a true JD owner vs. just a shopper! Can't wait to get it out here and start using it vs. breaking my own back!! I bought a 2001 4600 with only 251 hours, a 460 loader, Kelley B750 Backhoe and a brand new LX6 mower. Delivered to Texas from Indiana for a mere 23.8K. So, unless the local guy decides to virtually give me a used 4310 with the same attachments at this price it is a done deal! Wow, these things are expensive, though I think the condition and attachments make this one worth it. Here's some pics for you to enjoy. Yeah,

I couldn't get it either, I get this message:

"The image “http://www.tractorbynet.com/forumfiles/609097-Copy of HPIM0573.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."

Probably and error in the JPEG file while uploading or saving....

Congrats on the acquisition!!! I think the 4600 is a fine machine. I had one in 2000 outfitted similar to yours (had the 48BH) I really liked it. I hauled it on an 18' D.O. Pequea trailer behind a C5500 dump. Really had a lot of fun with the outfit. One day a guy made me an offer I coudn't refuse on the whole outfit, and I sold it to him. I know you will enjoy your 4600.

Not sure what happened with the picture, so trying again. Expecting delivery late next week and can't wait!! I bought it from Turner's Equipment in Fowler, IN (NW of Lafayette). Originally contacted them about 2 items they had on Equipment Trader Online and then this one was delivered as we were talking!! Hope this attachment works this time.

This is getting frustrating. I've tried two different pics and will now hope that third time is a charm. If not, I'll have to give up! Still excited though having to wait one more week for delivery - coming by next Friday for sure. The list is getting longer of things that this machine needs to get done! It didn't work! How did you transform the picture before attaching it to your post? You didn't just change the extension from .xxx to .jpg did you?
