Financing Financing a Kubota

I have to agree! I personally use Yahoo! BillPay. It is great! Pay my bills on the web. Plus I have all my monthly bills scheduled to be paid automatically (i.e. Mortgage, Electric, etc.)

I bought a 2910 this summer and just received the payment
book and a summary sheet from Kubota about insurance.
Kubota insurance covers property damage to the tractor,
but not liability. So if I roll the tractor or it's damaged
during transport or while I'm helping a neighbor down the
street I'm covered. My homeowner's wouldn't cover that,
but an umbrella policy might.

But if I ding my neighbor's car this winter while helping clear
snow with the loader, Kubota doesn't cover it.

Thanks, Paul, I use Quicken, too, and I'm familiar with what you're talking about, but since it costs nothing for any other bills, and I only write 5 checks a month, I couldn't see paying them $6 a month since the postage is so much less. All my other bills either draft my checking account, or I pay them online at no cost.

Thanks all of you,
I am pretty sure I am going to finance with Kubota, but I didn't know you had to get insurance for them. I am going to wait a little longer, but I'm going to go to the local dealer.
Thanks,
Nathaniel

Nathaniel, I don't know of anyone who will finance anything of any size unless it's insured, whether car, house, tractor, etc. You can get your own from your own agent and sent a copy to whatever finance company or the finance company will arrange insurance (and you pay for it of course).

My State Farm agent told me that my tractor is covered under my homeowners insurance so long as the tractor is used for residential use.

Buck,

Thanks for that info. I will check with Germania to see just what the tractor insurance covers that wouldn't be covered with a homeowner policy.

The Kubota finance contract says "No driving on streets or roads". I would not and did not sign that. There is no way I could sign a contract that said I could not drive the tractor on a road.

Something to consider.onsider

The insurance available from Kubota is sky high. Shop. I used Farm Bureau Insurance.
