Finish mower: Summit FMX-60 vs King Kutter RFM-60

Other than price and paint color, is there any difference between the Summit FMX-60 ($2,640 at Runnings) and the King Kutter RFM-60 ($2,400 at Runnings)? Since both are out of stock as I write this I haven't been able to see them in person.

Thanks for posting this question. I used a 3pt finish mower in the past behind a Bolens G152 15hp diesel (Iseki built) which did not mow to my satisfaction. I wonder it a larger tractor with more HP cuts the grass more evenly. Following

I have a Frontier finish mower that looks essentially the same as these two. Mine has done well for six or seven years, although you can tell that I’ve used it as a rotary mower more than I should have. They are much more durable than they appear .

King Kutter makes most of our attachments, so to answer your question, there is no difference between the 2 besides Summit branding and (in our opinion) a much better looking color You may be able to get Runnings to price match the Summit model but that is entirely up to them. After shopping several brands (Del Morino GWT, Woods 20 series, King Kutter, and Land Pride) I ordered the Summit FMX60 at their online store for $2599. That seemed to be the best value for finish mowers that were readily available. I ordered on May 17 and delivery is supposed to be June 10-13. I wish it was quicker but all sources are saying three week delivery.
