I am cutting some spruce and balsam fir logs to sell and was wondering if anybody knows the going price at the mill. i have a buyer but don't know if his price is what it should be. any info would be great.

Which mill? Why not call local mills to see if they are buying, and if so, what prices they are paying? The buyer has to factor in his transportation costs, overhead, profit, etc.

This post definitely supplied you with some good suggestions. Another thing to take into consideration is that some mills only take certain species of trees. Good Luck.
