I would be worried about that machine. Can't they wash their parts?

Not uncommon for new machines. That is the reason they require the 50 change.

I beg to differ, A little is no big deal but having the screen heavily coated in cuttings is. Should not be much cuttings at all most have grinding if anything.

I just paid $700 for filters alone for my 50hr service, did the work myself. 3 hydraulic filters, 3 fuel filters, and engine oil/filter. Seemed a little overboard considering the tractor was 2 weeks old, fluid looked good, not a sign of metal anywhere.
