NC, We put a few in the freezer, had a crock pot roast, onions, taters, and carrots from one for supper last night, and sell the rest at the local stockyard. If you'll allow me to brag a bit my best, (to date) 210 day weaning weight was 2 years ago. Steers 820lbs, no creep feed, no steroids, no implants, just great pasture, mommas milk, and genetics. Previous mark was 802lbs. Heifers 760lbs last year.

Boy, you must either have several freezer or a gigantic one. Dinner sounded good too.
