First day of Spring?

Where's global warming when you need it? We're finally getting some winter weather. 28" of snow in the last 2 days and predictions are for another 3'-4' by tonight. Glad I didn't take the chains off of the tractor although this might be more than it can handle. Those of you in the Midwest are next as it shows it heading your way. What fun!.

Same here (U.P. of Michigan). Didn't see a whole lot of snow in Nov-Dec-Jan (in a place that often gets 250-300 inches a year), and now in February and March, it's actually acting like winter. It had been warming up for the past week or so and actually seemed like spring, but now it looks like some more bitter cold weather. Oh well, at least it's not too long before I head back home to the balmy southern climate of.......Wisconsin.

No spring here today in Capital District, New York. Had 3-4 inches of heavy wet snow. Another 3-4 for tonight. Then this weekend, back into the freezer with overnight temps in single digits...daytime highs around 20.

We had rain here from yesterday afternoon until...

this A.M., but right now, it's sunny and 65° in Atlanta!

I work in Albany and live in Saratoga NY. Down in Albany we got 3 inches of slush, in Saratogae we got 7 inches of snow. Glad I did not take off the tire chains. I had to put on the snowblower and got busy. I will have to finish up tonight when I get home. Where is spring ?
