I hate to be negative but those last pictures would indicate to me you may have a good boat anchor. Cracked all the way to the cylinder liner.

Is that the same engine as the US YM155? This guy is scrapping two of them. I've never dealt with him, or heard anything positive or negative. All I know is he runs ads like this a few times per year.

How much would a new engine run me? Maybe I can find a gutted block? Since im only 15 money is a problem, but I do want to learn about the fuel of the future(diesel)

Ok so this weekend im going to go to a reconditioned Jap. dealer in mesquite near me, which is where my pop bought a nice mitsibisi tractor(probably spelt wrong) So hopefully the dealer will be willing to help. Maybe they can attempt to repair it? Or they can get me going to the right direction.
