I posted this over at the construction section too.
I had someone operating it and the drive motor speed sensor got torn off. I replaced it temporarily but the alarm will not shut off. A friend of mine said it could be a "hard fault" and would need the ecm reset by the Cat mechanic..
Does this sould right? any way of resetting the fault with out the computer? Take wire off the battery?
I am looking at this...is it what I need to reset myself?
