Hi John,

No kidding. I am trying to get a loan to get the tractor back. I just don't have the finances to pick it up. Surely there is a way to come up with the money. I am unemployed at the moment and a lot of plants are closing here. No jobs aound here and probably won't be before the first of the year. If I had the tractor back in my hands, I could make this money back in no time. A lot of my neighbors have jobs waiting for me to do with my tractor as soon as I get it back. Small jobs but together the little jobs will pay for the repairs.

Dog-Gone-It... right now I am about in the same boat as the people I am helping. Food isn't my need right now... just money to pay the bills. Not having the tractor has really placed me in a financial bind. There are always people needing things done with a tractor around here and that could be a fair income for me when I get the tractor back.

Keep us in your prayers please. Somehow if God is willing, I will get the tractor back before the storage charges make it impossible for me to get it back.

Jim

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen:

Just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas. Today it's raining and but didn't start to late evening. We had a chance to get some special packages ready for people for Santa to come by and pick up for delivery tonight or tomorrow.

I've been busy adding something else the last few days. We have made a new way of making money for the project. It is a One Stop Shopping Mini Mall . You might wanna take a look at this, could be very useful.

An update on the tractor... we still have not picked it up yet. We had an investor try and pick it up with a Credit Card but they said they did not accept Credit Cards. Just another problem to overcome. Unfortunately he is out of town for the Holidays so it will be after Christmas possibly after the beginning of the year before we can get it. Those storage charges adding up quickly.

May God Bless each and everyone of you. I'll check in again soon.

Jim

Hello again everyone! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You know... I just wanted everyone to know I appreciate your friendship. In my book... a man isn't anything without his friends. Just to make this public... I could not have help the people I have helped without you guys. You are just as much if not more of a part of the Food Program than I am. I Thank You from the bottom of my heart. It is Amazing just how much can be accomplished when we team up together. All your support, prayers and donations have done more than you know.

I know this year has been tough on many here and abroad. Don't forget that you too are in my prayers. Life throws many things at us and with our friends we seem to get through it. Alone we can't do anything, but together we can do many things, even when they seem impossible.

I hope you know and feel as much a part of this Food Program as me. Please know that you and the companies that have donated have made this become reality. May God Bless You and Yours in any way you need.

I hope this finds you all having a Very Merry Christmas.

Sincerely,
Jim Bonham & Family

Happy New Year to you, also. Hope 2006 is a little better for you.

Have you considered contacting your State Attorney General's office for help with your tractor repairs? They usually have a consumer advocate division to help negotiate mutually fair agreements between consumers and businesses. At the very least they may be able to eliminate the "storage charges"; which are pure B.S. given what you've gone through.

Thank you. Sometimes when you stir it it makes it worse. As my grandmother always said. But I will consider this. I could use the help on the storage charges. They doubled the quoted price of repair anyway. Now I am having to endure the storage charges until I can get the money up to get my tractor. I had an investor that called them and offered to pay it when the total was $640.00 with his credit card from Florida. They told him they did not accept Credit Cards. This could have been over with on Dec. 21, 2005 when the investor called them. Now there is atleast $180 more added as of today. This just isn't going to be pretty at all. Before you know it... it will be as much as I give for the tractor. Part of me wants to contact the Attorney Generals Office in Georgia... which would be the one I need to contact since they are located in Georgia. It probably would upset them more and I would never get my tractor back and lose all I have invested. With them doing this it has caused even more bad blood and they want me to withdraw all my complaints. You would think they would try to make things easier for me to get my tractor back if they wanted me to withdraw my complaints. I for one will NOT ever do any more business with them.

Thank you for your concern and good wishes for 2006. I hope things are better for all as well. 2005 had it's bad things for many people in the USA and the world. I pray that the world will have a better year as well.

May God Bless all here at TBN and all over the world. I sure wish I could do more for people all over the world. I have not got money to help but I can and will pray for all. Prayer is a VERY POWERFUL & Free gift for us to use to help people.

Ok Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have found a way to get the money to pick up my tractor. Now I need a trailer.

I am looking for a used trailer because the company that has my tractor use to let me use their trailer to transport my tractor back and forth for service. Now that their is bad blood between us because of me fighting their decision on tractor repair... they refuse to let me use their trailer. On top of that they are charging me $15 a day storage until I pick up the tractor. This started on December 5th, 2005.

Do any of you in my area have a trailer I could borrow to pick up my tractor or maybe have a used trailer for sale? I would need someone to work with a payment plan if I purchased a trailer.

If any of you have a trailer I could borrow or have one for sale. Call me at 864-647-2084 or email me at bsm357@aol.com

Thanks for all your support.

Sincerely,
Jim Bonham

I would let you use my trailer if I were closer. Did you get the papers and CD I sent you?

I found another CD (The one I was actually thinking of). It is at work. I will copy it and send it to you next week.

At $15 a day storage, I'd put an orange triangle on the back of it and drive it away. I've driven one of my tractors 30 miles along the side of the road and would have gone allot farther if I had to.

Just DOOO ITTT !!!!!!!!!!
