Jim, I had an idea for you too - take a pallet and set on top of it some wrap of some strong dog fence (6 feet) into a circle, bind the ends good to join them, and then fill that with your rock. Take a sample to a local landscaper, and offer to sell it wholesale. You may be able to make pretty good money! Or, better yet, set up two or three pallets, organized by rock color/type/consistency, and set yourself up a roadside stand with young folks to man it...

Thank you. I will see what I can do as things settle down. I am trying to beat the rain getting this Trck Patch ready so it won't wash. I haven't thought about the pallet ideal. I have seen it. I just have no ideal what they would sell for. I need to do some research and find what the rock goes for. Then I could adjust the price for quick sale.

More progress made. Seems to be coming together. It has been hot, dry and dusty this week. The wife caught me near the end of the day very tired and dusty. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Changing the air filter for the second time because we were working in really dusty conditions.

You can see how dusty the tractor is... I have changed the filter every 10 hours of service.

Here you can see what a half days of work did to get the tractor dusty. I wash it every evening after it cools a few hours. Then it gets greased twice a day.

It has been a very hot and long day. My help has really worked himself to a very tired state.
