That will be all the pics for today. I will keep you updated on the progress and things grow. Again.. Thank you for your help, support & prayers. Anyone that has some tomato cages or concrete wire to donate would be greatly appreciated.

Everything is growing Slow and will until it warms up and we get some rain. It is unusualy cool at night for this time of year and I don't know how many inches of rain we are behind but its a bunch. We need some warm nights and the irrigation system you have will take care of the drought.

You are right! We are having unusually cool weather at night. We are over 8 or 9 inches behind in rainfall from what I understand. But the watering should help that part. We also have had a lot more wind than usual, causing the ground to dry more quickly it seems.

Rather crazy weather lately here... I wonder if everyone else is having this freaky weather. How about it people... has the weather around your area changed as well?

WOW!! What a storm we had yesterday. It hailed marble size hail or larger and covered the ground. It was strange to see... I don't ever remember seeing this happen. There were some damage to leaves of young plants and maybe a few completely destroyed but maybe it will be ok.

For the most part I have stopped the errosion except one place. I think I know what I can do to fix it as I was out in the lightning and hail storm actually seeing what was going on and trying to figure a way to stop the erosion. I will post pictures of what I did to stop or somewhat control erosion on my place of a garden. Considering I am not an engineer or "Farmer" by trade... it seemed to have worked quite well.

Looks like we are in for some strange storms this year. I have lived here since 1965 and I have never seen it hail and cover the ground in marble size hail or any size for that matter. It did this very quickly ( in about 5 minutes ) and stayed for about an hour or so.

Have a great day.

Jim
