I just came in from trying out my new KK tiller, too. I was very happy with it's performance. Using it was so quick and easy compared to wrestling a rototiller through the garden. I ran it through at the preset depth a couple passes and then twice at the lowest depth. I don't know that it needed that many passes, but it was extra seat time.
