I've been perusing CL for a B series with backhoe for a property in NH. Many of them are for sale for their original purchase price.

One school of thought is "Go big or go home." The countervailing thought is that in the long run on your property after all the big projects are done the BX-size will do everything you need. That said everyone I know has a B series.
