2020 Kubota MX6000
Hello, first post and looking for my first tractor. Have 22 acres. 2/3 wooded and 1/3 open. Lots of trees and hilly. I've got a 60" zero turn for the finish cutting, but want a bush hog for the fields I let grow.

I found this 2014 Kubota MX5100 HST. It only has 100 hours. One owner. Looks to be very well taken care of. Can't believe only 100 hours on a tractor that old. It also comes with a ton of attachments which is what has drawn me to it. It comes with the following attachments - 72" Woods bush hog, forks, aerator, box scraper, backhoe, front loader large bucket and a HUDSON 5 ton trailer. I really want the backhoe, loader, forks, box scraper and post hole auger. Would sell the trailer and aerator.

Asking price of $45,000 for all of it. There is a part of me that thinks its a fair price for the amount of attachments and tractor, but there is the cheap side of me that feels it is overpriced?

Can anyone give me some help on price of this? Fair? Overpriced? THANKS!

I can help you with this. Yes, it is top of the market in quality, and close to top in price. The condition looks new. 100 hrs isn't even broken in. Plus, that is a desireable model and year. If I was looking for a tractor with all the right accessories I'd be on my way to pick it up tonight.

Good looking tractor. Nice condition and equipment. My only thought is that you’re looking at a Lot of tractor for 7 acres. You could easily get a new, smaller 35-40 horse with the toys you want for significantly less $$, and have a unit that would do anything you’re gonna want to do on your place. Also a smaller rig would be more maneuverable...just a thought.

Agree with Rscotty - great machine - price is in line, and tractor alone is $23-25K and all the rest $18-20K, so if this fits your needs/plans, make an offer.

Thanks for all the comments! It really has everything I would like to have in a tractor. I think it is right around the HP I would want. I was thinking something along the 40- 50 HP. I don't want to get a 20-30 HP tractor and wish I had something more powerful.

The price tag is what scares me a little on it for something this old. For that amount of money it sure would be nice to have a warranty.

Can anyone give me a guess on how much all this would cost brand new if I was to buy same tractor and all the rest new today?

Yeah, those are the numbers I was thinking. Man, the $45,000 he is asking is darn near retail on a new one. I guess that's why I'm here asking if it's over priced or not? LOL Not sure if they are negotiable on price or not
