Tractor Sizing first tractor size

Robert,
I checked last night and did find a Woods sticker on my rotary mower. It is your basic design. Are you sure Woods never made an 8' one? This one I would say is probably 20 years old or so. If you want I'll post a pic of it. When I bought this one they said a farmer was selling a brand new one for $2400 that was an 8' model as well. I only had to pay $600 for this one and it works just fine.

I was referring to current sales which I do not see one listed for woods. I am curious though as to what model it is. Is it 3pt or pull type? Is it a single spindle or twin?

Oh ok no this one is definitely not current. It's your basic three point hitch model with the rotary blade and one spindle and gear box.

I have a 45D & can safely say from first hand experience - for what you want to do with - it stay away from the TCs. It is not enough tractor for your application.
