First Warranty Issue

I bought my tractor DK50SE Hydro in May of 2012 and I know have my first warranty issue, it seems to be minor, the neutral sensor seems to not be allowing the tractor to start, if I move the lever back and forth between the 2 neutral positions it will eventually start. I will be trying out Swiderski Equipment, they recently started carrying the brand and are only 25 miles away.

I had a no start issue with my DK40 last winter (turns out my son turned on the PTO switch) and my dealer mentioned there were a couple common places to check when this happens, one of them being the neutral safety switch. In his experience sometimes the magnetic switch will go out of alignment and you just need to put it back in place. If you have a cab on your machine it maybe a bit of work to get down in there and find the switch.

I don't have a cab on mine, I did look under there and didn't really see much but I didn't spend any time at it, if I took out the seat and took apart the cover over the shift lever I'd probably be able to see in there better, its hard to get at from underneath.
