Fixed final leak in Hydrualics

I noticed a little splatter on the right floor board when I got the tractor. I looked and could see no leak. After changing the Hydraulic fluid and the system got hot I had a steady stream of fluid coming from the connection on the diverter valve??? . Found a split in a crush washer on the Banjo Housing on the pipe going to the 3PTH. None available locally so I ordered 8 from Jinmaparts.com Got it all back together this afternoon and all is well. When is it safe to start working the tractor. I have over 11 hours. It starts easy, runs good, and except for the gearbox stiffness it seems run-in to me. I have mowed a little and boxbladed a little but only for short periods of time.

I need to learn more about changing Implements on the 3 Point Hitch. I fight it on and I fight it off. Will it get any easier? I am learning some things to do and not to do but is still rough.

Don't know your specific tractor configuration, so some of this might not be 100% accurate. But the principle is the same. Your stabilizer chains are likely only held on with pins. Pulling them temporarily permits more lateral movement of the lower lift arms. The vertical links (between the lower and upper lift arms) should be adjustable as well. Twist them up or down as required to line up the lift pin holes with the implement. Once the implement is hooked up, return the stabilizer pins and tighten the turnbuckles. Adjust the vertical link height as required/desired.

Well,,you got it to work,,so work it,,,got to before warrenty is expired,,,sometimes they have little problems that show themselfs in first 100 hrs or so,,,just make sure to keep raditiator blowed out if hogging,,,and check bolts before each use for first 100 hrs or so,,,I'm sure you changed all fluids,,,have you checked/replaced the hydro suction filter??

As far as changing the implements,,,,,yeah it gets a little easier,,,but not much,,,best thing I found to help me in this,,,is a hickory sapling,,,about 12 ft long,,5-6 inches in dia..,,,put that sucker under offending corner of tiller or brushog,,and it cooperates much more better,,,,thingy

Pat's Easy Change will help you hook up the TPH if you can afford one, it sure helped me anyway. The shifting stiffness will limber up with use. I have a banjo fitting leaking too, I need to order some of the brass washers. I think you have plenty of hours on your tractor to put it to work.
