Flail Mower flail advise

i have been reading about flails for the past couple months and looking at them they are so exppensive anybody have any suggestions on where to get one thats not over 600 or so

Might try craigslist. For that money, prolly would be worn out and in need of bearings and/or flails for re-hab.

I picked one up off CL a couple of years ago for I think $550. All good but I did replace the blades. While it does cut really nice I can not cut fast. I am not sure if it is the type of grass I have or just what, I believe I have enough tractor. Have not used it in a while because cutting is so slow.

Caroni makes good reasonably priced mowers. I never see any used ones in my area.

yea im pretty much addicted to cl i am constantly on it twice even three times a day and no luck yet but someday i should find one.
