I swapped PTO shafts and no change, so it's got to be something with the main rotor...  Going on vacation for a week then will look into it.  I did put a 6' level across the rotor between the stations today and it does look straight.  Neighbor has a dial indicator that we can use to check the rotor.  Then I guess I'll take all the flails off and see if it still vibrates.  Then I guess I'll take the rotor out and try to get it balanced.  I hope that's the end of the money spending part of this!
