Titan (assuming you mean palletforks,com) are the Chinese made versions that you can also find on e-bay, amazon, and Betstco Tractor Implements under brand names like "Value Leader".

All of these are a quality & price step below Woodmax & Carioni.

Not that there's anything wrong with them as long as you set your expectations accordingly.
