flail mower id

Hello all,
I am new here. Thinking about looking at a flail mower, but the owner doesn't know much about it, and I will be new (hopefully) to the flail world myself. I was wondering if anyone might be able to identify this mower from these pics.

This is a 6 foot model. Also between a finish and rough cut mower; are the knives the only difference or will the housing and rotor be different?

I also have a '49 8n and was wondering if this would be too much mower for it?

Looks like a Ford 907 to me. What are they asking for it? I'm not sure about the power requirement to run it, but I'm sure others will.
