I need to buy a smaller disc conditioner and see one listed as a flail mower. Looks like a good price but will it knock the leaves off of alfalfa? I don't have any experience with these, are they as good as a roller? Saw some comments about them needing more power. How does it compare? Looking at a 9'. Thanks
