I normally would never do anything like this, but one of the major contributors to this board is being flamed over on the jplan discussion board. Here is a link if you care to chime in and defend one of the good guys. The thread is something like No More Parts for Yanmars.

That Mark guy really doesn't know what he's talking about. I'll not visit there very often.

Guys, thanks for your support. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

There are a lot of good guys on the other board, but a couple of them really got out of line I'm afraid.

It's nice to know that on this board we can discuss things and even have friendly disputes without it getting nasty. I've chosen to not respond further on the other boards "nasty" thread as it seems to be counterproductive at this point. When common sense is responded to with flaming rhetoric, it becomes and issue of throwing pearls before swine. Why waste the pearls?

It's a nice community we have here on this board, isn't it?

Yanmar dittos Dave !!

I think a person should own something for a little while
before they become (an expert) on the item. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I believe Mohamed does a great job of weeding out the trouble makers here.Im also glad that we all get along.

I agree. I've spent some time on that board and there are some really good guys there and some not so good. Seems to be controlled by big dealers and not very open to new guys, don't remember anyone greeting newcomers. Here I feel that everyone is welcome and the moderators do their job.
