I'm getting really confused now.
The way the last owner had it was
Up curl fluid was fed to the IN feed of the flow control. It then traveled out the CF to the hydraulic pump ( not sure what to call it fluid in and out metal housing with a shaft and gear. chain attached to the gear to turn a roller) chipper forward gear
Down curl fluid was fed to the hydraulic pump in reverse ( not sure what to call it fluid in and out metal housing with a shaft and gear. chain attached to the gear to turn a roller) chipper reverse operation now. It then traveled in the CF through the flow control
and the EX drained back into the 3PTH house at the fill hole
That was confusing.
