Fluid in Kubota tires

With my recent purchase of a new L4400 I had fluid put in the tires to offset the weight of my FEL. I should of asked hte dealer but what type of fluid do they put in the tires today? Is it puncture proof or just a water based liquid?

No they are not puncture proof. My dealer filled mine with rimguard also known as beet juice. One other thing to remember here is don't use a normal air guage to check tire pressure. Go get youself a fluid tire gauge about $5 or $6 bucks at tsc, napa or any auto parts store.

On my little bx it adds around 100 to 110 pounds per tire. I'm not sure about yours as yours will be much more.

I have citrus star in my turf tires on my B3030. It adds approximately 150 pounds to each tire. Citrus star is a food grade version of maple sryup, it will not freeze.

Weight depends on tire size and how much goes in... hopefully about 2/3 full. On my 5030 the manual says that a properly filled tire adds about 500 pounds... each rear tire.
