Kubota L3000
Yesterday I noticed a small puddle of gear oil on the barn floor at the right front wheel of my Kubota L3000DT. The gear oil is leaking from the joint where the front axle spindle rotates when the wheels are turned.

The tractor has only 255 hours on it but is 4 years old now. I would guess there is a seal at that joint that is leaking. Has any body else had a leak in this location and what does it take to replace the seal?

I would guess that some dirt got into the joint and chewed up the seal.

You can get a parts manual for it free from TractorSmart.com. At least you could see all the parts and maybe figure it out from there.
