Thanks for all the reply's.

Wrenched on it all day today and got down to the steering pump itself. (Of course that required removing every piece of sheet metal on the thing including the center console and fuel tank) The one part Hoye did have was a top oil seal for the power steering pump. Which as it turns out was the culprit. removed the head on the PS Pump, replaced the top oil seal on the shaft and no more leaks.

The oil was actually filling the steering column since there was no weep hole and pouring out the top.

Appreciate the help and all of the info that got me where i needed to go!

Yep, all the stuff has to come off to access the ps. I had to do some work on mine but it wasn't a seal. Not a hard job. just a Real pain in the fanny
