Fonton is an 824 82 hp. 4wd =824 cab heat a/c stereo 4cyl. perkins diesel.. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
eagle is 804 80 hp 4wd everything else is mostly the same..
both tractors from china each dealer says but they don't know if the same co. makes them or they won't say'

Hey Circle T,
Foton is a Chinese Brand Name. I have not heard of Eagle as being a Chinese Brand Name. But a lot of dealers stick their own logo's on the Chinese Tractors when they get to the US, which makes for more confusion. Before getting one, make sure that you look at the Engine Plate, to make sure that the HP is as advertised. It will probably be in KW, so you will have to convert to HP, which is easy enough to do.

The Eagle tractors above 38 hp I believe are Foton for the larger tractors as well as a few Kama's and below 38 are DF. I have seen them over the past few tears at the National farm show in Louisville. It was great when they carried the earlier body work which has all of the NewHolland dealers walking around the machines with a heck of a look on their face /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
