For Sale by Owner thoughts..

the last time i used a real estate agent: i agreed to pay 2% less than what their normal fee was, in return for some stuff i would do: the house directly in front of mine sold: and i was talking to the folks that bought it: they paid more than i was asking: and got much less house, because other agents would not show our house: that buyer was really angry..when the contract was out, we did not renew and sold it ourselves..
