I'd bet you could silicone that to a fender. I would think silicone would be better than epoxy because it flexes a bit.

You are welcome. I sort of hope it might help someone who needs a cup holder. I use a mug that has a top on it and slide the little tab back to drink, then slide back to close and keep the dust/tree stuff out of the drink...lol
