I suppose that industry and govt has run out of indians to steal land from. Is it now a matter of who can make the most money off of land gets to keep it ?

Wonder what Fair Market Value is on it now that a hotel will be built, and what the owner will wind up getting. A taste of his own "medicine" might help, but my guess is that this home is well protected from the laws of the land.

Kind of reminds me when Kennedy fought for gun control laws in DC, got them, then his own body gaurd got prison time for carrying NOW illegal guns, to protect the one person that made them illegal. He thought it would not apply to him..........in this case the body gaurd lost, and Kennedy got a taste of his own laws.

That's pretty interesting. I thought when Donald wanted to develop he made the owner an offer they couldn't refuse and everybody got rich. I think taking a property by eminent domain would be alot easier to accept if the owners were paid the full value of the property.
