TSC has the rejuvenator tool on the rack of grease tools for about the same ridiculous price as Amazon. I find often that Amazon is more expensive than local cost for same tools, YMMV?
Good luck getting it opened up.
My only thought that hasn't been covered is: if you had your Loc-N-Lube fitting I would try to pressurize the grease to the zerk while using an impact gun to vibrate the pin and see if the combo would eventually force the grease through the 'cemented in' grease.
You could return the rejuvenator to Amazon and buy the Lok-n-lube fitting you may not already have: they now have a long nipple version that reaches where the original short nipple can't reach. Then you'd have both and could keep them in your different locations, and I think you'll find better chance of success with the L-N-Lube tool.:confused3:

Good idea..... but I need to solve this zerk problem in the next two weeks before I leave Florida for the Summer.

Lock-N- lube is in New England, with all my big toys, and buying another Lock-N-Lube would be a waste, as I have nothing that needs regular greasing here in Florida, other than the forklift, and that actually belongs to my neighbor.

We shopped (South Florida) for the forklift together, but HE paid for it.
He is a young guy, starting out, and I just want to free up that one zerk to help him.

I think the zerk grease joint rejuvenator may actually be a handy addition to my tool repertoire. I'll pack it to fly North with me.
