Price Check ford 1215 price quote

I've been shopping around for a good used tractor and happen to run across this offer. A used ford 1215, 2 wheel drive, gear trans, 346 hours. The owner said the tractor was purchased from a buddy who kept it in his basement. It appears to be in great condition and includes a 48" rotary. He is asking 4500, does this seem like a good price or is my inexperience in tractor values making this offer look appealing????? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
