ford 1310 engine parts

new guy here on search for the most economical soure of engine parts for shibura s753 3 cyl diesel. need pistons, rings, inserts, vale stem seals, gaskets, rebuilt injectors, glow plugs. the tractor was run dry of fuel, not by me. after i got it bled it was awfully hard to start. after start it was blowing a little smoke out of valve cover breather tube, this soon turned into a heavy mist of new engine lube oil. tried to determine cause, one thing led to another, i tore down engine. the ring land between top and second ring was broken on all cylinders. #2 crankshaft journal looked like it had some little void in the casting, was peened down at the factory and the crank journal was then ground. engine appeared to have never been apart since new. anybody have advice on parts source, cause of damage, comments on crank journal?
