That stinks!
That tractor had a horrible life.
I have a 1720SSS that has been flawless but I think about the outrageous cost of parts for these if I break something.
While I have had no problems what so ever in 2200 hours I do think about an engine failure and would seriously consider the possibility of installing a Kubota or Yanmar diesel from e-bay in the event I do have issues.
It would be do-able not unlike swapping engines & transmissions between various makes of diesel trucks.
