...where is the hydraulic reservoir and how do I check the level and fill it? I have looked for it and without any luck.

I am guessing the age to be about 1990 or so.

The previous owner has a manual to give me, but it is boxed up for his move.

Thanks.

It should be right on the transmision next to the gearshift. A black cap , the tranny and hydralics share a common reservoir.

That little rubber knob you kick with your right foot there on the tranny hump between the foot rests.....

Thanks, I never would have guessed that rubber knob was the dipstick handle.

Also if you need to add it behind the seat is a bigger black plug. thats where you fill it..
