My 3 Point lift links are stuck in the up position.
I have read the trouble shooting guide in my Ford Shop manual and it does not address this problem.
My owners manual does not address it ether.
This problem occurred after the tractor had gone unused for several months.
I have tried all positions of the lift controls, implement speed controls, in and out of gear on the PTO, and even putting a cheater on them with no result. They are just stuck in the max up position.
Anyone have an idea on how to get them working again.
The tractor is only 40 years old and has made my life much better.

will they go down when the tractor is not running the control valve is most likely stuck. you will need to pull the lift top and put a kit in it. the kit cost about 15 dollars.
