I have a early 60s ford 2000 with a 4 cylinder Diesel engine. It does burn a little oil when you first start it up. The issue is that after it runs 5 min or so it idles up and down from real high rpm to real low rpm. I have to constantly have adjust the throttle while I'm operating the tractor. What could it be injector pump? Simple as a spring? Any thing will help. Thanks
